Hello from the frosty farm
How interesting that we've had the rainiest January on record. I'm happy to see snow cover as much as possible, it provides a blanket to protect not only perennial plants but also moderates the soil temperature to keep the soil biology protected. This is part of a new approach called regenerative farming, which focuses on the soil and environment as a key to human and environmental health.
