Farm Blog - Winter Wonder

Happy February, the last week I can say that! Looking outside it's hard to believe March is on our doorstep.

New raw, fermented Sauerkraut.
Made from our Nappa cabbage, local carrots and onions.
Made by Suzanne and Kim
500 ml jar, $8.50 Please keep in the fridge.

(Still) (Yup) The winter and cold has kept the greenhouse in hibernation, but the days are getting longer and the soil will start to awaken as we move towards March (I Hope) ( I really do!). So no greens yet but we are excited to image how crisp and sweet the greens will be.
( not enough to harvest but there's some super sweet Mache also called corn salad. in the greenhouse. See link below for info)

There's only an organic white potato left.

Please use this order form for Saturday February 22nd pickup.

There's small beets, potatoes, honey, sauerkraut and farm fresh eggs.

We will continue offering the weekly order form option as the way to what's still available from the greenhouse, cooler and of course the hens. Thank You for supporting small scale growing and community.

If you need another day to pickup please email me at mogfarm@gmail.com.

May you find the calm within the storm. Time to Be outside. Time with Friends. And?
(outside is restorative for me)
