Hello from the gardens, lovely days of sunshine and everything is looking vibrant and green. The leaf lettuce is growing quickly and we've increased the size of the salad blends to 160g. The herbs are growing quickly and happy to have even more available.
You can see and feel the growth emerging, the vibrant greens, the birds musical in the morning. Everything is sprouting, germinating. But only those that can at least tolerate cool to frosty nights. Lots of plants actually love to cooler, more moist conditions like spinach.
..... on the other hand there's warm season crops like tomatoes, basil, cucumbers that really don't like the cold.
Knowing your plant's preferences is a step to success.
Happy growing
