Spring is the time for the new, freshening up, clearing out, new growth. I'm super excited to have the opportunity to be involved in a guided Spring Cleanse.

This 16 day Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse uses the traditional wisdom of Ayurveda to remove toxins from the body and mind that accumulated over the winter months.
Learn how to use seasonal foods, herbs, yoga and breathing techniques to capture all the benefits of a seasonal cleanse.

The cleanse consists of:
2 days pre-cleanse preparations (mind & environment)
10 days active cleansing with a new daily habit, recipes for drinks and meals, a checklist, journal prompts and more

Pick greens right from the farm - yum wild leeks and so much more
Join us for 3 in-person meetings at the farm
