Happy April, each day is unique and an opportunity to accept what is.
Some days it's snow, some days warm sunshine and then everything in between.
Slowly emerging, the buds are swelling, the birds building nests and hints of green everywhere as the earth is slowly waking up.
May you find time to rest outside and soak up the sounds, smells and change in the air.

Sauerkraut is available on the order form. It's raw, fermented and red. Amazing how a few red cabbages colours all the cabbages, carrots and onions to this deep red. Greens are growing and in our near future. Yum!
Raw Local Honey from Singh With the Bees
We have a small batch of raw, unpasteurized honey available from Singh With Bees, produced at Nirvana Natura Farms in Angus. It is harvested in small quantities, very lightly strained, and never overheated. www.singhwithbees.ca
