Hello from the gardens, A new month that leads us towards a change of seasons and the growing part of our year. I find it's important to focus on what is and hope for what may be. Change can most often feel like a challenge, scary, unknown. Staying aware of nature helps me to cope and understand that day always comes after night, spring after winter, next year after this. The world we are experiencing is full of change. This too shall pass. Keep in mind what you want to see, what you have to offer and the world / community you want to flourish.
With spring on our doorstep, here's a few things that are germinating!
Seed racks are here, Aimer's Organic Veg & Herb seeds, OSC Flower seeds.
Workshops are starting, watch for a message with details and links.

About Sauerkraut (just in case you missed it last week)

- it's a nutritious addition to your diet and may help with gut health, heart health, and more.
The gardens constantly teach me, remind me and humble me. The thought "patience is a virtue" came to me as I water and tend to the greenhouse. Feeling like the greens should be growing faster, the spinach should be up and how to keep the bunnies out of the greenhouse..... I breathe deep and remember Patience.
Sadly potatoes are done for the season. I'm holding on to lots that are going soft and showing signs of sprouting. If I keep them cool and dark till May I'll get them in the ground for some early potatoes. (hopefully)
