Hello Well what a change December has brought.. The greenhouse is finally planted for the winter. New seeded beds of salad mix, spinach, arugula, tatsoi, choho and chard will germinate when the time is right. Could be next week or months from now. Happily there's other beds with plants of salad mix, kale, chard, assorted herbs, chard and a abundance of miners lettuce, chickweed and corn salad which pops up everywhere!

The hens are happy in their winter coop, order up to 3 dozen. There's lots of delicious greens grown in the greenhouse and cabbage from the field. Those amazing apples are coming to an end in the next couple of weeks sadly as I'm just getting to making and baking these days.
