Hello from the gardens. What a picture of white this morning. A sign of things to come. The cabbage are still growing (slowly) outside, which got covered last night. But the temperatures seem to be holding for now. With the cool temperatures the kale is sweet and check out the recipes attached below for a couple of favourites.

Pickup on Saturdays 10am - 1pm at the barn - (come up our laneway, past the house and parking is on your left. Barn is to your right beside the greenhouse.
