Hello from the gardens. Happy Thanksgiving weekend. With a light frost last night it certainly makes on appreciate what it still glorious in the gardens. We have some delicious Delicata Squash (also know as sweet potato squash), eggplants, crisp Napa cabbage and those super sweet Ground cherries that we are still harvesting.
Thanksgiving specials, free bunch of sage with every purchase. Sage is not only amazing for all things poultry but also has many other uses. One of my favourite is fresh (or dried) Sage tea, it's a go to for winter respiratory colds. Check out the link below for a great description of all the benefits of Sage.
