New apples this week, Ida Red ( ideal for eating fresh or oven baking), Red Delicious (Excellent in salads and fresh eating but not recommended for cooking), Fireside (sweet apple similar to Honeycrisp).
Good supply of Macintosh (Excellent for sauces, pies or eating fresh.), Golden Delicious (Favourite choice for snacks and applesauce.), Liberty (heritage apple for fresh eating and cooking)
