Rewilding Education is also getting ready for spring and it's a great time to check out and sign up for awesome child and family based programs for the season ahead. Check out www.rewildingeducation.ca

Sauerkraut is available on the order form. It's raw, fermented and red. Amazing how a few red cabbages colours all the cabbages, carrots and onions to this deep red. It also tastes a little different this year as the salt used is super high in many minerals, called Sacred Salts naturescargocanada.ca/product-category/sacred-salts

Food wise, check out the order form below.
Sadly potatoes are done for the season. We've only a few left and many are starting to sprout. Keep in mind if you have potatoes that are sprouting but still pretty firm, you've got yourself some great seed potatoes. Just a little bit longer and it's worth putting them in the ground or if you can wait till end of April they would have the best chance.

Raw Local Honey from Singh With the Bees
We have a small batch of raw, unpasteurized honey available from Singh With Bees, produced at Nirvana Natura Farms in Angus. It is harvested in small quantities, very lightly strained, and never overheated. www.singhwithbees.ca

Quote: Daisaku Ikeda: "No matter how long the cold, bleak days of winter may continue, winter always turns to spring. This is the law of the universe and the law of life. As long as we hold on to hope, spring is sure to come."

Wishing you calm days, with hope and love in your heart.

All the best,
