Farm Blog - Happy Fall, Fall fruit, Community Market event

Hello , Happy Fall equinox, for me this is a good reminder to soak up all the flowers, the beautiful crisp mornings and warm days (although todays heat and high humidity was a surprise).

There's more and more produce coming from the gardens and greenhouse. See the new this week section below!

The delicious Niagara fruit we have been getting is coming to an end with only Blue Violet and Italian Blue plums available.

We have organically grown apples, pears and sometimes grapes from a local orchard. This week we have Macintosh apples and Bartlet pears.

Please bring back baskets, containers, egg cartons, even bags!

Be surprised by how easy it is to make the most of the fall growing season! This workshop will guide you through what to plant, how to prepare your beds, and tips for extending your harvest.
