Hello from the gardens, what a lush time of year after all that rain.
The market stand is filling up with seasonal goodness,
- new fresh dug white potatoes from our friends at Widersky Farm (organic)
- apples, an early fresh eating apple called Pristine
- lots of peaches, nectarines, yellow plums and red plums
- cabbage, broccoli, kohlrabi
- lots more cucumbers, zucchini and now carrots
- all the delicious greens you dream of all winter long
- sweet corn, garlic, onions and so much more
Thurs. Aug. 11th is the 2nd Angus Farmers' Market, 4-7pm
- between the library and the arena in Angus
