This is the time of year that much of the educational component takes place. A great day in Barrie is Central Ontario Ag Forum at Georgian, www.centralontarioagconference.ca/event-schedule Then there's Agforum in Alliston, March 4th, www.nottawasaga.com/events.html?id=1148. I've also read a number of great book, a standout is a favourite author, Diana Bergsfoot-Kroger, To Speak for The Trees, www.cbc.ca/books/to-speak-for-the-trees-1.5314539. How awesome is it to have Laura of the Angus Library put this on hold for me.

It's a strange season for me with our new granddaughter expected end of May, I will be away in the middle of planting. So I'm excited and nervous about how it all comes togeather. We are changing up Growing Lessons this spring to offer selected dates for you and yours to come grow in the gardens.

Wishing you a smooth transition into March. I'll post on facebook all the local Seedy Saturdays coming up, here's to an exciting March Break and the Vernal or Spring Equinox.

Cheers for now,
Kim & Tom
