Sauerkraut is available on the order form. It's raw, fermented and red. Amazing how a few red cabbages colours all the cabbages, carrots and onions to this deep red. Greens are growing and in our near future. Yum!
Raw Local Honey from Singh With the Bees
We have a small batch of raw, unpasteurized honey available from Singh With Bees, produced at Nirvana Natura Farms in Angus. It is harvested in small quantities, very lightly strained, and never overheated. www.singhwithbees.ca
