- 2/3 cup plain almond or rice milk
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/8 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree for 1 minute at high speed.
Also, consider adding chopped green onions or avocado pureed for a creamy dressing. Love adding grainy mustard, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, or hemp seeds for added nutrition and flavour.
