- 1 cup lambsquarters leaves and soft stems
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic or 4-5 garlic scapes
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
1. Put all cleaned and prepped ingredients into the food processor.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Can be stored in a glass jar for 1 week or freezer for 6-8 months.
