Happy March, well the weather keeps us guessing but wow that's allot of snow, now allot of water. Despite the challenges its actually been an ideal winter for the gardens. Having snow cover all winter protects the soil and acts as a insulating blanket moderating the soil temperature and then providing a wonderful big soak of water. Ever hopeful for a wonderful, abundant growing season ahead.

Sauerkraut is available on the order form. It's raw, fermented and red. Amazing how a few red cabbages colours all the cabbages, carrots and onions to this deep red. Raw Local Honey from Singh With the Bees
We have a small batch of raw, unpasteurized honey available from Singh With Bees, produced at Nirvana Natura Farms in Angus. It is harvested in small quantities, very lightly strained, and never overheated. www.singhwithbees.ca
