Happy March, feeling warmer and slowly icy conditions getting a little less challenging. With spring equinox coming we know that change is coming. May the season ahead be one of hope for new beginnings and trust that it all works out as meant to be.
We are planning for our Spring Garden Center, opening in May. This year we are super excited to have amazing vegetable, herb seedlings but new this year is fruit trees. Looking forward to sharing more about what's ahead this year.
Rewilding Education is also getting ready for spring and it's a great time to check out and sign up for awesome child and family based programs for the season ahead. Check out www.rewildingeducation.ca
Sauerkraut finally available on the order form. It's raw, fermented and red. Amazing how a few red cabbages colours all the cabbages, carrots and onions to this deep red. It also tastes a little different this year as the salt used is super high in many minerals, called Sacred Salts naturescargocanada.ca/product-category/sacred-salts
Food wise, check out the order form below.
Raw Local Honey from Singh With the Bees
We have a small batch of raw, unpasteurized honey available from Singh With Bees, produced at Nirvana Natura Farms in Angus. It is harvested in small quantities, very lightly strained, and never overheated. www.singhwithbees.ca
